The music I used as background music is being used fairly and legally in this video. The music is part of the soundtracks for the games, “Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune”, “Uncharted 2: Among Thieves”, and “Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception.” The music's copyright holder has specifically licensed this music to be part of these games. Videos of these games are allowed to be uploaded to YouTube and are considered to be fair use of copyrighted material. So, that music, being part of games that are allowed to be uploaded to YouTube; should also be allowed to be uploaded to YouTube.
I am using this music because it fits well with the game that this video is about. I am not claiming that I own copyrights the music, or that I made it.
Also, this video contains my commentary, was edited by me, and I was the one controlling major aspects of the gameplay from “The Last of Us Remastered” because I was the one playing it. Thus, this video is partially my own original content.
