21Condensing Steven Greer's Teachings: Dissecting & Understanding Consciousness from the Waking State - couldn't fit the entire title in o.o
If you're subscribed to this channel, you probably won't be interested in this, on the off chance you are & you're a wanderer by, or actually share my curiosity and love for this topic, *takes deep breath*
First of all, the dissection, logic & needing to understand is a “waking mind state" want & need from my experience. If we could all operate in this thing called the Singularity, Conciousness, "ThE OnE", Etc Etc.. 24/7... Dissection Logic & Need just cease to exist. There'd be no need to do this, but I am monke & I operate in the "real" world, so I am do this, much edits. Much Learns.
When you’ve experienced what "pure consciousness" is, there is no need to dissect or understand, unfortunately though, not many humans get to experience the latter, nor can I enter it all the time, so here I am in the waking state doing this stream/video for my primate brain to go back to in times of distress or confusion or when I need revision on the lessons.
There are about 8 videos I want to get through of Greer's, whether I’ll stream all of them, dunno.
Essentially, I'm diving into the teachings of a well-known figure in a bunch of different circles from "ufologists" to "crackpot theorists". Regardless of your interpretation, his teachings have brought me much clarity, & happiness, & an extra sense of purpose in my life.-
(IMO he is at the most fundamental level, a teacher & enlightened individual sharing his information with the world without fear of judgment or ridicule, a factor that limits so many of us)
-Especially in understanding consciousness, which is something since I've been very young, has perplexed me to great degrees. It’s one of the reasons why I loved the concept of aliens so much, but to many’s dismay, you get what you project from experience, you project fear & skepticism, you get experiences or encounters that align with that, if you project a non-judgemental & open/loving approach, you get that.
Our society loves to demonize the idea of extra-terrestrial life or treat it as an “invasive” force, and try to understand it from a 3-dimensional perspective, all the time. When in reality (I know, a subjective word for the topic LOL), “alien” life is not horror-esk, it’s more conscious & loving than most humans on this planet.
The explanations & frameworks he puts forward are satisfying enough for me to understand a lot of experiences I've had, & many others if you dive further into other people's accounts of the lessons he teaches.
I will also be playing a little bit of Devil's Advocate & pointing out some stuff that people criticize him for.
But overall, as a human being with intentions, they seem mostly pure & unaffected by the personal need for greed, however, that can easily be argued by analytical & skeptical minds given the amount he charges for his retreats, etc.
If you are interested in my opinion on anything or want something explained that you don't understand, just ask. I'll pause & respond.
I will not tolerate fuckwits though, as this is something I'm passionate about - consciousness & the universe.
I have experienced multiple states, ranging from Lucid Dreaming, The Samadhi State - The Apex of Transcendental Meditation where one “connects” with the universe, & a couple different psychoactive "eXcuRsIonS". (no, they were not intermixed, you yield horrible & unstable results if you don’t space out your “consciousness” excursions or experimental voyages as I put it lol..
It’s also difficult for YOU, let alone OTHER people to take you seriously as well with external substances floating around in your brain. Well, any consciousness discussion has that issue, to be honest. No 3-dimensional evidence or results = you are wrong - our society in a nutshell.
Most important thing: Have courage & a lack of fucks for other people's opinions = Your pursuit of your interests & personal happiness becomes unrestricted.
I also am nearly finished with the Gateway Process as well, but I highly suggest you don’t go near that until you learn more about consciousness and this idea of “transdimensional physics” that Greer dives into a lot. I had a psychosis episode during my experiences with Gateway, Greer comments on this as well and warns people about the Gateway Experience so that strung a chord with me personally.
