台灣國 Understanding The Taiwan Dynamic
Taiwan is more than a civil war of the former dictatorship of Chiang Kai-Shek Regime-In-Exile on Taiwan. Since the 1990s the Taiwanese nation and Taiwanese people have abolished and done away with the dictatorship of the Chiang Kai-Shek, whose regime (having thoroughly lost the Chinese Civil War), went on to commit the notorious atrocities on Taiwan culminating in the 228 massacre (mass murder of Taiwanese intellectuals, students, and regular people opposed to authoritarian rule) and has since then built up a free and democratic and sovereign Taiwan and Taiwan shall remain sovereign and independent. You cannot frame Modern Taiwan within the context of a Chiang Kai-Shek's corrupt and defeated Regime-In-Exile, one which lost the support of the American Public, and one which the Taiwanese People after long and protracted political struggles, themselves cast off following the full democratization of Taiwan. Modern Taiwan, and sovereign democratic nation, has no relationship to China's Civil War and a defeated regime-in-exile.
