Renzo Racer (A game sold on Steam) is stealing music from Undertale. They aren't even trying to cover it up.

EDIT: As soon as this video went up I got hit with a copyright claim from Bobby Cole, for the song called "Old 80s Car Racing Music". When searched, it comes up on Spotify and THAT SONG is the "Enemy Approaching" song.

I am thoroughly confused on what is going on here. Did Bobby Cole steal the song first and make a track out of it? Or did he get somehow the license to use it and call it "80s Car Racing Music"?

Why is Renzo Racer using a song by Bobby Cole which is an obvious 'remix' of the Undertale song "Enemy Approaching"?

Please someone explain this.
