Undertale DDD is a playable game now.
Remember TK35, the dude who created Undertale DDD, which is essentially the lovechild of Undertale, Touhou, fucking CAVE shumps and Len'en? He could create scripts, and this is him now. Feel old yet?
Finally. Nearly five fucking years after Touhou 12.9: Great Fandom Wars (GFW), there is a playable thing that could unite the two fandoms.
Being a part of the Undertale DDD series, this script has the trademark factor of it: the difficulty.
Easy mode of this fight is essentially around as hard as a final boss on Normal. I'd say that it's harder than, uhhh, Byakuren, at least.
Normal mode is just straight up rape to me. Definitely a mid-tier final boss on Lunatic in terms of difficulty if I have to compare.
Script is epic as hell though, considering whatever the animation series is.
(And yes, yes I'm an Undertale fan. If I have to summarize my history of "dodging games":
Winter/Q4 of 2016: Bullet Heaven 2 on AGames. Omega Flowey battle for some weird reason, but probably because that the algorithmn is drunk.
Spring 2017: CreepyNinja's BH2 videos, which leads to his FDF1Ex vid, which leads to JzBoy's 2hu vs Undertale video(s). I get to witness the war in RTA, which is one heck of an experience. Downloaded EoSD (which shows you how popular it even is), but being the fucking idiot that can't even understand how to move around in EBF4 back then, I.....don't even know how to open motherfucking EoSD. And then....I just forgot about it. Motherfucking EoSD just stays there, on my grandpa's computer, for TWO FUCKING YEARS, untouched. To be honest, I feel lucky because I haven't played EoSD back then/ don't have EoSD as my first 2hu game, or else the nostalgia bait would've worked on me, and I'd have said that EoSD is the best 2hu game, which clearly isn't. During this period, I watched some Touhou content and A LOT of Undertale content, considering that UT was literally a gold mine for content creators in the early-2017 meta.
2017-2018: Neh. I still play dodging games, but I completely forgot that BOTH Touhou and Undertale existed.
Late 2018: Some things that have to be explained here: I have a fucking fetish for unreasonable bullshit in terms of difficulty back then. So I searched "Hardest boss ever". Which shows me the super clickbaity video of CreepyNinja's FDFEx, once again. I basically returned to the exact spot I was in 2016 (situations like this are the sheer reason why I said that my life is suprisingly repetitive). Then, I discovered Undertale DDD, which has those super epic bossfights. Which makes me hard back then, in the sense of "really like it". So I dive even deeper into Undertale.
Another thing that makes me even more curious in Undertale: On the noon of June 20, 2018, inbetween of my 2 test sessions (basically a test for, uhhh, let's say that it's basically a test to get into the Cambridge learning program in my country), I discovered DT The Mine (Mine Power, a PvZ2 channel. And if at this point you haven't believed that for whatever fucking reason most of the actions in my life will eventually relates to an another one, even if it's 1.5 years later, then you will soon.). I watched his video of Time Distordion - Day 18. Which uses Hopes and Dreams. But since I didn't pay much attention back in 2017, I don't even remember it's Asriel's theme. I can't even remember that it's from fucking Undertale. (and, to be honest, I'm pretty sure that I forgot that both "touhou" and "undertale" existed). The only thing I rememberred back then is that, I heard that track from a game before.
TL:DR: DT indirectly made me interested in Undertale, which boosted my interest in Undertale around 5 months later.
Jan 2019: I met one of my best friend irl for the first time. He essentially motivated me to pirate Undertale off the internet. I actually play it. Spoilers: It did work out flawlessly, and I could only beat Undyne, not Sans. And since I fucking sucked, I have to check the fights on Youtube constantly. And then I found Jaimers. And then I found CrestedPeak9, and his Tri/QuadUltra is literally my fetish back then. And I was too dumb to realize that TAS is not a fucking human playing in real time and at 60 FPS. Which got me interested/tried to check out Touhou for the first time.
15/02/2019: I downloaded my "1st" Touhou game, which is Ten Desires (because I heard that it's the easiest). And the rest, is history.
My Touhou games download list/order:
TD - LoLK (yes I played this fucking shit as my 2nd game) - HSiFS (cleared ExOkina after 3 months of playing) - IN - PCB - EoSD - WBaWC(WBaWC release, 12/08/2019,+2 to 3 days) - the rest.
Yes I just wrote a fucking essay. and it's not even 1/5 of what I have to say about my past experiences with shumps, lmao.
