Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan on Shri Gopinath Munde's sudden demise

Union Rural Minister Gopinath Munde on Tuesday passed away at AIIMS Trauma Centre after a road accident on his way to IGI Airport. The doctors tried to revive Munde but the minister was pronounced dead at 7.20 AM.

"The exact cause of death will be known only after the post mortem report is out," Union Health Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan said.

Gopinath Munde's body will be sent for autopsy and then later to Beed in Maharashtra wherein he was supposed to address a victory rally. His final rites will be performed tomorrow in Parli village in Beed.
