Continuing our Command & Conquer Red Alert 3 Beginner's Guide series, we are taking a look at the Imperial Mecha Tengu: Mecha Tengu are one of the strongest units in the game. They are insanely mobile and versatile as a Tier 1 anti-infantry vehicle. Their special ability is to transform into Jet Tengu, a anti-air fighter aircraft. (I also included their match-ups against Apollo Fighters and MIG Fighters!) Tengus specialize in hit-and-run harvester harassments and can easily land on and kill anything as a swarm.

For Mecha Tengu's strategy, you can combo them with Tank Busters (to compensate for their lack of anti-infantry firepower & block crushing) or Striker VX's. Tengus work especially well with support powers such as Point Defense Drones & Honorable Discharge. We also have some advanced micro tips at 3:50, so check them out to help you gain air superiority via air combat (loads of hotkeys...)!
