Welcome back to another Command & Conquer: RA3 video. We're gonna list all Soviet infantries, vehicles, naval ships, and aircrafts' balance history / stat adjustments. This video is based off of official patch notes from Beta 1.0 to the final Patch 1.12. Let's take a look at how the devs and early player community reacted to Soviet units' strength? What units do you think deserved a buff or nerf?
