Actually, the bloatware is the things, preinstalled by the manufacturer. It is there because bloatware is embedded into the ROM, on which you are, they embed it and it turns out to be the system app many times (almost all times)

Actually, I have taken Xiaomi's Poco X3 Pro here but any device can be debloated via this method.
This bloatware gets to be necessary to remove as they keep on eating resources like CPU, GPU, RAM, battery, etc, and many times, they even send your data to the servers from other countries, which is a kind of scary thing.
