Born and raised in Jeju island where beautiful nature lives, Sunji started music career as a team of an electronica band. Later teamed up with Unjin who has been successful techno DJ with many respects, released an EP called 'Present' on May 2nd.

Unjin from Seoul, started his music career as a bassist in a band called 'Yellow Kitchen' when he was 18. Moving to Canada, Unjin decided to go 'Rainjacket' as his artist name, then released a self title album in 2001. Same year, Rainjacket was announced in Canada's most prestigious radio program 'CBC Brave New Wave' as state's best electronica album of the year. Words quickly spread out to Europe and Asian countries.

Becoming a DJ back home in 2006, developes his own label 'ECI Korea' in 2008. The label specialize in Minimal and Techno music. In 2010 making a team 'East Collective' with Mang Esilo, together won a national Miller Miami competition then later invited to Miami WMC.

As a Techno DJ Unjin released 'East Collective - Spiral Sequence LP' in 2010.
Many singles and remixes were released later on, then Mini album 'Kids in Seoul' in 2015 which made huge hit and was supported by many techno artists internationally.

Sunji was born between florist mother and mountaineer father who also happened to be an painter. Her living was always close to the nature, music, and drawing. Studying piano and violin young ages, goes to a college of fine arts.

제주도 자연환경 속에서 음악과 미술을 접하며 자란 선지(Sunji)와 일렉트로니카 밴드를 거쳐 전세계 수많은 테크노 디제이들의 지지를 받는 DJ로 성장한 운진(Unjin)이 함께 만들어낸 하모니, 데뷔 EP [Present].

서울에서 태어나 18세에 홍대에서 밴드 Yellow Kitchen의 베이시스트로 음악 활동을 시작, 그후 캐나다 벤쿠버에서 Rainjacket이라는 이름으로 활동한 운진(Unjin)은 2001년에 Rainjacket 셀프타이틀 정규앨범을 발매, 같은해 캐나다에서 가장 권위있는 음악 라디오 프로그램인 CBC Brave New Wave에서 British Columbia주 최고의 일렉트로니카 앨범으로 소개되며 북미 및 유럽, 일본, 한국의 전자음악씬에 알려지기 시작했다.

2006년 한국으로 돌아온 후 본격적인 DJ로 전향한 운진(Unjin)은 2008년 미니멀,테크노 레이블 ECI Korea를 만들며 2010년에는 망이실로와 함께 East Collective팀을 결성, Miller Miami 한국 우승자로 Miami WMC 에 초대되어 국제무대에 데뷔하게 되었다.

테크노 디제이로써 운진(Unjin)은 2010년 East Collective - Spiral Sequence LP를 발매하며 국내외 테크노 팬들에 알려지기 시작, 그후 다수의 싱글 발매와 리믹스 앨범에 참여하였고 2015년 미니앨범 Kids In Seoul을 발매하며 전세계 수많은 테크노 디제이들과 매니아들에게 지지를 받고 있다.

제주도에서 화가이자 산악인이신 아버님과 꽃집을 25년동안 운영하신 어머님 사이에 장녀로 태어나 자연과 그림, 음악 사이에서 자라온 선지(Sunji)는 어렸을적 부터 자연스럽게 피아노와 바이올린을 접하였으며 고등학교부터는 미술을 공부하여 미대에 입학하게 된다.

운진앤선지(Unjin & Sunji)는 자연이 인간에게 주는 치유에서 강렬한 영감을 받아 데뷔 EP [Present]를 발매하게 된다. 익스페리멘탈리즘과 추상적인 앰비언트 사운드에 기초한 일렉트로니카 듀오 운진앤선지는 음악을 통해 느꼈던 순수한 기쁨과 행복 그리고 자유로움을 사람들에게 공유하고 그 느낌을 되돌려주고자 한다.
