BremSter solves "Locked Cages" by Chilly.
This Sudoku uses the Lockout Lines and Cages constraints.

📋 Puzzle Rules:
• Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• Normal lockout line rules apply. Digits in diamonds directly connected by a lockout line must differ by 4 or more. Digits on a line must fall outside the range defined by their diamonds and may repeat if allowed by other rules.
• The clues in the upper left corners of cages give the sum of the digits in the corresponding cage. Digits in a cage may not repeat.
