Long Gears Pro is unlocked by driving 10,000 yards in the oncoming lane.

Accumulate oncoming by driving on the wrong side of the road facing traffic. You'll see 'oncoming' in the bottom right corner of your screen. You can also drive backwards in same way traffic, but I found this to be much slower and too difficult to control when cornering.
