ZA3 is on hiatus for the moment. I'll still get back to it at some point, but for now I'm feeling like moving on to a smaller-scale project, as I feel like progress is going too slowly for my liking.

So yeah, consider this project as a spiritual successor/reimagining for The Missing Stars. This is a small openworld hack (6-7 levels in total) with smaller-scale levels. The main gimmick is that each level can be explored at day or at night, and depending on the time of the day you visit the level, things can be different. There will be several points in the game where you can switch from day to night, this is only one of them.

ROM Manager makes this kind of project a lot easier due to it being much more versatile than SM64 Editor for sub-area importing.

For now, this is just a snippet of (unfinished) course 1 : Luminous City. This is a tranquil town in Mushroom Kingdom, which used to be home to the forgotten Silver Stars...
