In this video I take a newer style IDE cable and make a hole where there is none so the cable will fit my motherboard.

The motherboard of my DOS computer has an IDE Hard Drive slot featuring all pins where as most boards/hard-drives/cables feature a missing pin in the middle, probably so you wouldn't put the cable on backwards. My original cable for this machine has been experiencing issues but since all new IDE cables have this one pin filled I can't simply put in a new cable... - Surgery is needed!
