Unreal 2 The Awakening custom map called "Freightship", playing "blind" on hard difficulty. This map was being extremely random, looks like enemies randomly spawn and appear in different places. Nothing wrong with that, but it kept crashing every time you try to load, which made it pretty difficult. In total I got killed 14 times in this 24-minute video, good for a difficulty rating of 1:
