This bug exists since before 3.9.9.2, but this video was recorded only in 3.9.9.2. I had accidentally found this bug while playing the game. By default, aiming down the scope of your gun slows down your mouse sensitivity to a bigger scale as you get a stronger scope on your gun. In my case, I'm using a x16 zoom scope. This "sensitivity slow down" is negated if you scope from a vehicle, and get out of the vehicle while still aiming down the sights. The bug is cancelled as soon as you stop aiming down the sights.
