Unused RAM please help!

So basically i want to use all 4 gb of my ram. My ram is DDRII
with 2x2gb ram as you can see in the video i have 64 bit windows so how can i make windows use all my ram if its even possible?:)

By the way i tryed to uncheck the box in msconfig saying (maximum memmory) but nothing changed!
