Redmi 12: Xiaomi sub-brand Redmi is set to launch the Redmi 12 in India on August 1. The device has already debuted in a few international markets. The brand has already been teasing the upcoming offering on its Twitter handle. Now, ahead of the official launch, the Redmi 12 has been spotted on the Geekbench benchmarking website. The Redmi 12 has a 6.79-inch LCD display with an FHD+ resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, and 550 nits peak brightness. In terms of optics, it features a triple rear camera setup of a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro unit. Under the hood, the Redmi 12 is powered by a MediaTek Helio G88 processor coupled with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The smartphone draws its power from a 5,000mAh battery unit with support for 18W fast charging.
