Changed to XOR gate to prevent errors during save and loading in memory gate initialization state.

Note: There is still the error of the critter sensor itself when saving and loading in the red signal.
(The phenomenon that the critter sensor calculation takes precedence over the loading of the wall, and the green signal is added by +1)
(How I tried: I tried to block the green signal by setting the buffer, filter to 1 sec, 5 sec, but failed)
