UPDATE - For crafting the necklace, if you find yourself wanting easier bossing with Sparkle, I recommend putting Base Fire Damage on the neck instead of Base Wilt, then using Added Erosion Damage on Frigid Transmission. This will be lower damage overall because you will not have 100% uptime on Wilt, but more boss damage as you will have ignite up 100% of the time without having to use Transmission.

This build utilizes a unique trait on Gemma that effectively doubles all lightning damage. This leads to high speed mapping and great bossing on a very low budget.

Do not spend more than 1-2FE on Thunder Punishment Prayers. If you are going to spend more, just buy +1 Max Fusion Energy Memories instead. I cann't update this on the Maxroll Builder as it is bugged at the moment
