161Q: Why was this Re-Uploaded Again?
A: Because I was receiving comments about the pixelation.
Although I had fixed the initial issue, I found a better codec that I could use which would make it clearer. so this version is the H-265 Codec versus the previous H-264 Codec. Should look better on bigger screens and have less foggy banding overall.
