Welcome to Neverwinter, where the grind to max is insane xD. Here I go over all the items you need to maximize your item level. The higher item level you have the more Base Damage and Healing you gain, along with Maximum Hit Points making you more powerful. However this guide does not take into consideration the process of upgrading things, such as you could get like rank 9 enchants when you hit level 80 and only upgrade to rank 15 much later. Same goes with companions, mounts, etc. This just takes the overall cost and compares it with the item level you gain by it, and thus I use this to judge which you should obtain or upgrade first.
