Upper Shaft (OCD) - World of Goo Walkthrough
25To get OCD in this level you need to collect at least 45 Goo balls.
Start by taking a Green Goo and connecting it to the top Black Goo link and the Green Goo link underneath it. Then use another Green Goo to connect to the Green Goo that you just placed, the Green Goo link that your first Green Goo is connected to, and finally to the link that is attached to the bomb. At this point remove the original Green Goo link so that it is replaced with the 2 that you added on. This will cause the Goo chain to be longer. Do the same thing again, but use a Red Goo and a Green Goo. Continue lowering the bomb by alternating between a pair of Green Goo and a pair of 1 Red and 1 Green Goo. I recommend that you only connect Red Goos to Green Goos; never to another Red Goo or to a Black Goo.
Before lowering the bomb all of the way make sure you move all of the Red Goo from underneath it to the chain above it. Once the bomb has been lowered to the point it explodes take a Green Goo and attach it to the left of the black link that was attached to the bomb so that you have a triangle with the black link in the lower right corner. Then place another Green Goo onto the 2 Green Goo corners of the triangle so that you have a diamond-like shape.
This next part is a little tricky. Continuously grab and release the Goo that is on the bottom of the diamond without pulling it off. Specifically, grab it by putting your "cursor" on the left side it. This will push the diamond over to the right. Keep grabbing the Goo until the black link gets stuck on the wall to the right.
From here, build toward the pipe until you connect to it. Then remove what was the top corner of the triangle so that the chain and the Goo structure connecting to the pipe are separate. Use Green Goo to build toward the left so that part of the Goo structure sits underneath the chain. Remove the Green Goos from the chain so that the Red Goos land on the structure below and use the Green Goo to build toward the Black Goo structure to the left. Be careful that your Goo structure doesn't touch the spikes. Once you have made a connection from the Black Goo to the pipe, simply collect all of the Goo you can and then carefully remove some Green Goo from your structure to reach the 45 Goo limit.
