The Third Wheel (OCD) - World of Goo Walkthrough
10To get OCD in this level you need to beat it in 9 moves or less.
Add 2 Green Goo to the top of the default Goo structure and then connect the Spike Goo from the Green Goo to the 1st wheel. When the Goo structure makes it to the top of the wheel, quickly detach the Spike Goo and reattach it so that the Goo structure is connected to the 2nd wheel.
Wait for the Goo structure to move all of the way around the 2nd wheel so that the Skull Goos are woken. Once the Goo structure makes it back to the top, quickly detach the Spike Goo and reattach it to one of the small platforms on the 3rd wheel then attach one of the Skull Goos to the structure to prevent it from hitting the spikes and gears on this wheel.
The Goo structure should safely break apart on the ground to the right and the Goo balls should travel down toward the pipe. Use one of the Goo balls to connect to the pipe to finish the level. Doing the level this way will allow you to complete it in 9 moves.
