House of the dead overkill is limited to 1080p the only way to get higher resolutions is to use dgVoodoo.
If you have a DirectX 8 game use the dll file in the DX8 TO DX9 Folder and just drag and drop to were the game exe is then you can use dgVoodoo.
Remember if you are adding reshade to the game after using dgVoodoo then you will have to use dx10/11/12 install.
