Urbex: Exploring ABANDONED Storefront and APARTMENT?

I explored this abandoned building while in Florida in 2015. It appears to be a storefront and apartment/rooming house/hostel. Hard to tell what it was exactly. It possibly had different purposes throughout its history. The only information I was able to find from the county was that a property company purchased the land in 2013 but has obviously done nothing with it since. I also explored the abandoned motel next door which will be the next video in the queue.

**Thanks to a viewer for further information - it was built in the 1930s and used to be a combo restaurant/grocery store on the main level. The upstairs started off as a residence later turning into a rooming house. Still sitting abandoned today.**
