Starting out on Greenfield Road, then joining US 30 west before exiting onto Lititz Pike (PA 501), then following it north through Neffsville, ending past the airport at West Millport Road.

A new traffic pattern related to the US 222/30 interchange project is in place. The on-ramp to US 30 westbound has been shifted, so adding a second lane ties into the exits for PA 272 and 501.
