US announces new sanctions against Russia

The U.S. Treasury Department's Financial Crime Enforcement Division (FinCEN), and the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry,

The alert referred to the first joint alert of FinCEN, and BIS issued in June 2022, and provided additional information for financial institutions, on new export control restrictions regarding Russia

it was noted that the Office of Foreign Assets Control, (OFAC) imposed sanctions on 22 individuals, and 104 institutions for the channels used
