The USDA and Microsoft launched an innovation challenge at the Agriculture and Applied Economics Conference held in San Francisco, July 2015. Challenge participants had the opportunity to meet the judges and along with key stakeholders from the USDA, gain a better understanding how Azure and big data can help solve some of the world’s most important questions around the food supply system.
