Use Cortana to Shutdown / Restart your computer

160Sorry for the video being shaky I needed to use my phone so i could show that Cortana actually shuts down the computer.
So for the file path you will need to follow this:
OS drive (usually C:)\Users\YourUserFolder\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
The shortcut target needs to be:
shutdown.exe
After opening properties add following for shutdown:
" -s -t 00" (without "")
For restart you will need to make a new shortcut or just coppy the one you already made and add:
" -r -t 00" (without "")
To launch the program you can ask Cortana to either Open or Run the program.
For example: Hey Cortana Run Shutdown
The reason for this is that cortana need the condition aka command what to do with the program.
