The path for start program folder:
OS drive (usually C:)\Users\YourUserFolder\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
Shortcut destination:
Rundll32.exe Powrprof.dll,SetSuspendState Sleep
To use the shortcut say:
Hey Cortana open/run sleep (or whatever you named the shortcut).
