Have your image prepared.
Open "Xbox App (beta)"
Go to game DVR.
Open folder.
Paste your image in the folder.
Refresh the xbox page, and press upload.
Select the game (Halo 5)

Done. Wait around 30 minutes, then use the image for your map.
