User Testing in Schools is Underway
On 4th July 2024 Brain Man VR took 3 VR headsets into a school in west London to start user testing for our first educational game: Pizza Maths.
One class of 26 x 13 year olds gave us extremely useful feedback on what they liked and disliked about using ratios in a relatable context: making pizzas with the correct proportions of one ingredient to another.
With an average rating of 6 out of 7 we were delighted that our very first Proof of Concept was deemed overall to be "Great" suggests that we are on track to develop a Minimal Viable Product that fits the needs of our target students.
Most importantly, as well as the positive feedback on how well we've done so far, we also received dozens of excellent suggestions regarding how we could make it even better.
We're very much looking forward to returning to do more user testing next term, when the students will see their suggestions come to life in the next iteration of Pizza Maths.
If you would like to get your own child involved in the co-creation process, please put us in touch with the head of maths or head of computing at their school, or simply sign up to the waiting list: www.brainmanvr.co.uk/contact-us
