USF4: Cody Meaty Criminal Upper Juggles

All these juggles work against the majority of the cast midscreen and they work even better if you have the enemy in the corner. The timing can be strict for the heavy knife normals and f mp, but they'll connect as long as the criminal upper is meaty. The criminal upper doesn't need to be fully meaty for the knife jabs and the standing mp, but it does need to be fully meaty for the rest.
I've found that it's easier to juggle some of the cast compared to the rest. These characters are:
Dudley
Seth
Gouken
Dan
Bison
Cody
Zangief
Rufus
Vega
Hawk
On the other hand, there are some characters that don't get juggled well by this AT ALL. These characters are:
Gen
Sakura
Hakan
Chun
Poison
El Fuerte
Fei Long
Adon
Hugo
E. Honda
A couple of these characters (Mainly chun and poison) don't get juggled at all by most of these resets, even in the corner. Balrog (boxer), sagat, and gen will fall out of the EX upper juggle midscreen after the first hit.
For cammy, decapre, and sagat, you can use sweep, dash forward, criminal upper instead of the setups used in the video.
The knife and EX ruffian setups are true meaties. The EX upper and the f mp setups were done manually. (For EX upper, I watched the little shockwave on the ground after ryu was knocked down. For f mp, I watched Cody's walk forward animation.)
