In this video I use fabric that was almost discarded as waste to turn into a fun and wild dress. I used a commercial pattern once again for the top; mind you, I'm pregnant and I'm going to stick with what works best for my body for now. I created a handkerchief skirt so I can use as much fabric as possible and then I had a long strip as a scrap that I can use as a headband, scarf, or waist tie.
Remember fashion can be anything, so why not just go for it?
