Terraria 1.4 added whips to the game. It's supposed to be used by the summoner, to aid minions that they have spawned. It is not present on Terraria 1.3 however, which many content mods reside. Luckily, you can just borrow the power of modding and add whip by ourself!... But... that is not a whip, that's just a grappling hook, that can attack enemy..?
