3The setup for this fight is really interesting in that we have Squall set up to just be faster than Omega Weapon. That way he can always throw potions to make Omega skip their turn.
His speed works out perfectly to line up with his ATB being ready just when the Bahamut summon casts and Selphie is ready to look for The End.
This means, he has time to attack himself just before the GF cast. This is to increase Selphie's Crisis level, to give more chance to find The End. She also has Aura cast on herself.
It's a really neat fight and really nice showcase of the strategy right before the end of the almost 10 hour speedrun.
