Believe it or not, I haven't used the spectre tulumbas before. I never was a big fan of tulumbas because I didn't really like range builds. But I thought it was worth trying. With boosters, modules and death mark, it totals a 55% damage increase which can do some serious damage from 500m away. The splash radius makes it a lethal build.
