USPSA With The Sig P365 XL | My 3rd Match
40What's going on guys! In this video, I'm actually going to be taking you along with me for my 3rd ever USPSA match. My first two matches I shot using my Walther PPQ M1 5". However, I no longer own that gun so now I'm stuck with using my Sig P365 XL with the standard P365 grip module installed instead. Despite that, I actually ended up placing higher with the Sig than I did with the PPQ, but that's at no surprise to me because I had become more accustomed to shooting my Sig considering it is my carry gun and I have well over 2k rounds through it.
This match, I ended up placing 15th overall out of 40. In the open division I placed 2nd out of 4 (the #1 spot wasn't as accurate but was way faster). My first match I took 16th, with my 2nd being 18th. This is officially my best match to date with that in mind lol.
Really the hardest part for me when it comes to USPSA is the speed aspect. Having most of my training been based around accuracy while still being relatively fast, the concept of sacrificing accuracy for speed is foreign to me. For example just about everyone who beat me shot less accurately, but had shot faster than I did. Looks like I'm just gonna have to train to be faster without missing, just like John Wick!
