UT4 vs UT99 - Lower Resolution affects Aim!

8Played a few games of UT4 and I noticed it was really laggy. I'm used to slower weapon fire but it was really bad. I was dropping 60-80 fps and missing a lot of shots. So I lowered my resolution and graphics and it got worse! Anyway, I'm still working on it but look at my aim when I lower the resolution in UT4 vs UT99. UT99 remains consistent.
