This is UTOPIA, an adventure horror game made by Shintaro and translated by Tosiaki. We play as Akane, a girl who's visiting the hospital to visit presumably an acquaintance, next thing she knew she woke up in an alternate version of the hospital with fish alike creatures floating around.
