We're going to find the General's Soul Reaper Orb to unlock the most powerful (?) weapon in the game - the General's Soul Reaper. It has two stat bonuses in addition to great bonuses and is easy to craft and repair. It may drop from Octavian the Militia Captain, but it for sure drops reliably from Undead Commanders. CORRECTION: Per the Discord, best weapon depends on PvE or PvP. This is the best weapon for PvP, but for PvE raw numbers are what matters making the sanguine reaper the best weapon.
