This is my first playthrough of the game with no prior knowledge other than what I read on Steam. As of the time of this recording the game is still in an early access state and is up to version 0.2.13c. In this recording I beat the second stage, which is really fun and has even more references from the Castlevania series.

1 hour, 24 minutes, 15 seconds - So the goal of each level is to survive for 30 minutes. Once you do, good ol' Death flies out of nowhere and ends your game. Something interesting happened here though. Turns out that you can freeze Death for a while with the Clock Lancet, and he can get hung up on obstacles and won't be able to reach you. So that means you can actually beat him right? Oh. Maybe not?

After recording videos of Defense Grid and this game, I learned a bit about bitrates and how my OBS setting of a 3,000 constant bitrate was way too low. I'm experimenting to find the best settings that look good but don't require a new hard drive every few weeks. Currently running some tests with CQP to compare with CBR and VBR. Future video qualities will improve.
