We search for Lilly, who is in the blood bank and set her free, and we talk to Vandal and agree to help him find a replacement. Then we have to go to Carson's apartment and check it to find out where he is heading. Then we go to Gimble's Prosthetics to take out Gimble and save Carson and report back to Arthur. Then we have to go to the apartment across from ours to find out about "Muddy" Mike Durbin might be located.
