But this is what makes the Combo so Devastating:

Storm can keep her distance from her opponent better than anyone...while building meter at the same time.

She Can Also attack just like Magneto...While Building Meter.

So yes she can also move faster than your mind can compute.

But anyway such extreme measures was taken because no one could beat the Man with the Gun.

And he could utilize meter better than anyone.

That's why he's at his best when someone builds meter for him.

Magneto,Storm then Sentinel became Ideal characters because they don't need meter to destroy you.

But when the Man with the Gun has Meter.

Everyone Stops.
