Lets take a look at the PC port of Vanquish.

When the camera overlay is present it causes frame drops as well.
Not sure why my FPS was dropping below 60@4k. Will need to do more testing.

Steam launch commands:

-fov X between 40-120 (80 is Default)
-unlockaspectratio
