There are essentially three versions of the Kain: the 100, 120 and 200.
While they share many similarities, there are important differences. Here's what they are:
The Kain 100 is a core performance version. It's unique feature is its rubberized side grips which are integrated directly into the shell of the mouse for added durability. It's a great pick for gamers who care more about performance and being able to keep a firm hold of their mouse than they do about lighting aesthetic.
The Kain 120 is a full-featured variant with a top-of-the-line sensor. It's got greater AIMO compatibility thanks to its two lighting zones. It also rocks a special performance coating that's soft to the touch as well as being super easy to clean.
The Kain 200 is like the Kain 120 except that it's wireless. Another key difference is that it has a wireless-optimized sensor that minimizes power usage. In fact, it's good to go for up to 50 hours of typical game time.
You may have seen variants like the Kain 121 or 122, but the last digit just refers to the colorway.
