22:25 Although this can be a valid way to get more colors for the crew in this particular play it wouldn't work because Richard is now resolving the "6" action and the "7" action is launching the expeditions, the action to that would allow him to get another crew here is only the 9th, so he needs to get the 3 crew now because if he doesn't he can't sail

24:15 Richard confused himself... he just paid 3 bucks to get 3 different colored crew... that costs 6!
