Welcome for the third time!
The new version of my Collection has three important points:
Include only the mods that I really like and not everything that is produced and that shines, or that I am asked to include in the collection
Include only what works in the new version of Fallout 4
Include only the mods that are easily installed at the click of the Nexus button, without having to do anything else. Unfortunately in the past 4 years too many users have found it difficult to read the instructions and to use the text editor to change .ini files or similar, then leaving a negative vote because the Collection did not work…
ENB is an exception to this last rule, but it cannot be otherwise, it is a fundamental step.
You need to install Fallout 4 from scratch, deleting all traces of it in both your Steam root and Documents. You will not be able to use old save games.
1) Download Fallout 4 from Steam with all DLCs (except HD Textures), then launch the game from Steam and configure the graphics settings to the maximum (it will be done automatically, you can choose to change something if you think it could be useful for your PC, but there is also BethINI that we will talk about later). It is strongly recommended to install the game, Vortex and the mods on the same HD (C). Now launch the Vortex program so that it finds and recognizes Fallout 4 and installs F4SE, useful for making all the mods work (it will tell you that it is necessary to "fix" the program that manages the process, so tell it OK to each request to make it create and fix everything automatically). F4SE will create an icon in the Fallout 4 Steam folder, from now on to launch the game we will use that icon, not the Vortex play button, because mods like MCM do not work if this method is used.
2) Install the VAULT BOY 101 Collection v3.0 from the NEXUS site for the VORTEX Mod Manager
3) Download ENB from the site http://enbdev.com/mod_fallout4_v0501.htm (this is the latest version at the moment)
Inside the folder you will find 2 .dll which are the files we are interested in. d3d11.dll and d3dcompiler_46e.dll
These files must be copied into the Fallout 4 folder contained in Steam (where the .exe are).
Now at the address https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/57321?tab=files
you must download REACTOR - A FALLOUT4 ENB with the MANUAL DOWNLOAD button.
In this folder we will find two other subfolders called MAIN FILE and OPTIONAL: we copy the contents of the folders into the Fallout 4 folder on Steam that we used a little while ago.
At this point the game is ready to be started.
4) MAIM
I did not include the MAIM, SCOURGE and True Damage triad because they require operations by the user that unfortunately escape at least half of those who are interested in collections.
So I opted for Better Locational Damage among the installed mods, but if you want to use the three above, uninstall this mod and follow the instructions for installing the others directly from the creators' pages.
SCOURGE especially requires attention.

5) QUESTS
There are several interesting quests such as America Rising, Sim Settlement or the Project Valkyrie series, but since there is the possibility that something, at some point in space-time, creates problems, I chose to leave the end user the option to choose what to install.

7) If you are curious about what this Collection contains, in the Mods TAB, you can view the entire list.
8) As of today Tactical Reload leads to a safe CdT even if uninstalled, do not install weapons that use it (at least for now)
9) The Collection is designed and the videos recorded on a PC with RTX 5070Ti, it is not intended for lower-end computers, each texture is in 4k. It is possible to change the Textures by opting for lighter textures, and use a different ENB. BethINI https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/67 helps a lot.
10) Remember in the Steam options, by clicking on Fallout 4, to remove the option to automatically update the files if they release a new update. Otherwise once the game is updated, as it happens every time, the collection will no longer work.
Remember before you start playing go to the MCM menu, press ESC and select MOD CONFIG, and look at all the options available, to create the game to suit you. Important steps are Adjusting the camera, and changing the HUD.
You will find dozens of tested weapons and armor. Be careful what you add, make sure they are mods tested for the latest version. Sometimes the CdT can be irreversible.
