VCR & video capture card signal problems. HAGBIS 4K 60fps OBS M1

Some reason video capture card doesn't like Video Converter card signal? But I found workaround for this HDMI Bi-directional switch. This is not fix the problem, but gives signal to capture.
OBS and Apple Silicon has some issues and capturing is slow motion like, this doesn't happen Native QuickTime tho.

Hope this helps if some one has same dilemma.
